Final Advert: Design Process

To create the advert, I decided to use adobe illustrator and photoshop. I think illustration is much better for preparing the element, such as the figure I used in a final product. Then I imported the materials into photoshop as it was required to finish it on photoshop or pixlr.


In the beginning, I cut off the figure for the picture using Adobe Illustrator and exported it to Adobe Photoshop.


Secondly, I changed the background to black and the filter to make the figure darker and colourless.


As the last step, I have written the text giving simple information about the existing problem. I have tried to avoid writing too many details and focus on the general idea of the campaign.

    You need much more here for technical process - please add more technical detail and reasoning behind your design decisions

Tell me a story

The story of my project will present the maximization of emotional expressions and feelings shown in the original pieces. The main idea of this project will be a recreation of the paintings from the Renaissance painted by Polish artists such as Jan Matejko and Lukasz Porebski. At this moment, I'm considering creating portraits of the people presented in their most famous paintings. The concept of this work is focusing on their facial expressions creating busy and messy backgrounds.

Reflection

This post presents my reflection on the second term for art portfolio: During the major project for Art portfolio, I struggled with many aspects of the process, and I can't say I'm fully satisfied with the final outcome as it still might be improved. However, I did my best during these few weeks. I searched the information about the artists, colours and sleep paralysis to present the topic correctly. I have created many side paintings and sketches that I'm satisfied more or less, but it helped me to improve my painting skill and general knowledge about creating. I searched for many helpful materials and used inconvenient tools to get closer to reaching the goal, which was created my best painting until now.  This subject was the most influential for me among the others.
