3D outcome - mini project

The post presents the outcomes of my mini-project. In this project, I have worked on the characters' raw aesthetic and unusual shapes. The important aspect of this project was creating creepy or disturbing creatures that would suit the main project.

Creating the project, I started making the head as first as it could help me easier work with the material and sculpt facial expressions.

When the heads were ready, I started making the base for both of my clay busts. To create the base for them, I used a thick wire, twisting it several times to make it more stable and prevent the head of one of them will fall.

When the wires were ready, I started placing clay on them and sculpting the texture, and fixing the head as one of them got damaged. Creating the texture, I changed the concept a little, and by using a tool, I created some wrinkles on the long neck clay bust and created deeper eye sockets for both.

The final outcome of this project will be included on my website as a result of the exercise for Art Portfolio.
