Warehouse conversion Initial research: Chris Dyson

 I'm looking at the work of Chris Dyson as my initial research for my interior design project.  The design created by Chris Dyson is very esthetic and fully functional. The designer placed many decorations, and he kept the place spacious. My project will be based on his interior, although it will be slightly modified by adding more colour. Another aspect that inspired me is the massive windows I would like to include in my design.



My intentions are not to recreate the interior mentioned above. The interior created by Chris Dyson inspires me on how to manage the space. However, the final project can be similar to this design in a few aspects, such as massive windows or detail that he focused on designing the interior.

    This is very minimal research - you neeed to add alo t more here - please look at my examples and where is all your work form last week?

Tell me a story

The story of my project will present the maximization of emotional expressions and feelings shown in the original pieces. The main idea of this project will be a recreation of the paintings from the Renaissance painted by Polish artists such as Jan Matejko and Lukasz Porebski. At this moment, I'm considering creating portraits of the people presented in their most famous paintings. The concept of this work is focusing on their facial expressions creating busy and messy backgrounds.

Reflection

This post presents my reflection on the second term for art portfolio: During the major project for Art portfolio, I struggled with many aspects of the process, and I can't say I'm fully satisfied with the final outcome as it still might be improved. However, I did my best during these few weeks. I searched the information about the artists, colours and sleep paralysis to present the topic correctly. I have created many side paintings and sketches that I'm satisfied more or less, but it helped me to improve my painting skill and general knowledge about creating. I searched for many helpful materials and used inconvenient tools to get closer to reaching the goal, which was created my best painting until now.  This subject was the most influential for me among the others.
